The culture of consuming meat goes back to the prehistoric era, and the tradition continues till today.  Al - Noor Exports is a well known supplier and exporter of meat and meat products like boneless buffalo meat, buffalo honey comb, veal legs, bobby veal, veal tenderloin, veal mince, frozen mutton, mutton carcass, mutton cubes, etc. We also provide expert veterinary services to nearby villages from where animals are procured for slaughter.

We are an ISO 9001:2000 and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) certified organization, known for processing only the finest and tastiest meat products throughout the globe. M/s Miki Food Products, M/s Krishna Cold India are our sister concerns, and together, we strive to take the group to new heights. Acquiring a healthy livestock, subjected to post-mortem inspections by our in-house veterinarians, we provide the most hygienic meat, packed in our air-conditioned processing and packing materials.

The packaging of the products is done as per the international quality protocol in moisture-free atmosphere ensuring the pristine quality in terms of taste, flavor and aroma; directly from our factory to consumers' kitchen. No chemical preserving agents, artificial coloring or flavoring is done that can cause the meat to break down and become mushy.

We are registered with Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA). Our products are exported to several countries worldwide, thereby enabling us to have a wide and strong client base from every corner of the globe.

Al - Noor Exports follows a Quality Management System (QMS) that extends to all layers of product processing, right from selecting a robust livestock, slaughtering, processing, packing, freezing, etc. to service and support and meeting our customers' requirements. The livestock is thoroughly checked for any kind of abnormalities by our in-house veterinary doctors.

Our quality control experts continuously monitor the carcasses for fat, color, Ph value, etc. at our fully equipped microbiological laboratories. With great emphasis laid on hygiene and safety, we ensure that all the nutritional values of the product are kept intact and the quality does not deteriorate during any process, viz. cleaning, storage or transportation.
